Our company was founded by Daniel James, who found it hard to find a holster for his first gun and to find all the information he needed to Concealed Carry.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to advise us that you wish to return an item. Please email support@holstercentral.com with your order number and let us know why you need to return it.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item to us in NEW condition.

If there is a problem with your purchase and you need to return it due to a defect, then we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can return it to us. 

If you have just changed your mind then sorry, you will need to cover the shipping costs.We will send you a prepaid shipping label so you just have to drop it off at the Post Office and then deduct the postage cost from your refund which will be processed when we receive the item.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Custom Orders - If your Holster is defective we will repair or replace it for you free of charge. If you have just changed your mind then you will receive a refund minus a re-stocking fee of 30%, as long as the item is returned in a new condition, in the original packaging. You will also need to pay the return shipping cost.

Quick Ship Orders - if you advise us within 14 days and return within 30 days you will receive a refund minus cost of shipping.

All holsters purchased from us have a lifetime warranty against any defects. If the item can't be repaired, we will replace free of charge.

Nothing! We offer free  standard shipping within the USA on all orders. 

The only time you need to pay for shipping is if you choose Expedited Shipping or you simply change your mind after purchase and want to return your Holster to us. See our Returns and Refunds Policy Here for full details.

Please note we do not ship outside the USA.

Custom Holsters: - Manufacturing times vary by supplier - we will indicate on the product page the current lead time for that Holster and confirm to you the expected Delivery Date when you place your order. 

Quick Ship: - Most orders placed before 2pm EST are shipped in 1-2 business days. 

Once the holster has left our facility and shipped, it is out of our hands and up to USPS to deliver, we have no control over delivery.

In this situation we recommend the following - 

• Verify your address on the order is correct.
• Check the tracking information for any detail as to where it was left.
• Check around your property to see if it has been left somewhere out of sight to prevent it being stolen from your door step for example behind a plant pot.
• Check with any family or neighbors who might have taken it in for you.
• If you have a doorbell camera or something similar check your camera to see if you can see where it was left.
• If you still can't find it contact your local USPS with your tracking number as sometimes they have more detail and in some circumstances even a picture of where they left it.
• Sometimes it shows as delivered but they have it at the post office for you to pick up if the package does not fit in your mailbox.
• Unfortunately in this day and age there are porch pirates who steal packages off door steps. We advise you to monitor your tracking information so you know when it is scheduled to be delivered. Make sure you are home or have a neighbor take it in for you if you see its due to be delivered when you are not home.

We sell a wide range of inside and outside the waistband Kydex holsters. 

We have Quick Ship Holsters available if you need a Holster quickly, and we have Custom Holsters which you can tailor to your own exact requirements.

If you send us an email at support@holstercentral.com we can see if we can help. If one of our suppliers makes holsters for that specific gun you are in luck, although we can't make any promises!

If you are prepared to pay for a bespoke holster we will try and find someone to help.

Yes we do! Many of our suppliers make Holsters for Left Handed Shooters. You will need to check the Product Options to see if the Holster you want has a Left Handed Option.

No sorry we cannot accept any guns. All the holsters we have available are already on the website.

When holstered, if the belt clip is on the right side of the gun, you have a right handed holster. If your clip is on the left side of the gun, you have a left-handed holster. Keep in mind this is an IWB (inside the waistband) holster, not an outside the waistband holster.

Concealment Express use .08 inch KYDEX™ since it offers the best balance of durability and lightweight, all-day comfort.

There is no holster that will not eventually wear on a gun. Over time you may see wear on your firearms finish.With that being said, KYDEX™ has a very smooth inner surface which is not as abrasive as hard plastic or leather. KYDEX™ holsters will preserve the finish better than any other product. To minimise any wear keep your holster clean of lint, dirt and debris. If you get dirt trapped between your gun and the holster it can cause wear. If you have a collectable weapon we do not recommend holstering it as any marks will diminish its' long term value.

Yes they will. Our Glock holsters fit ALL Glock generations.

Your new Tuckable IWB Holster comes with multiple mounting options allowing you to use it at virtually any position along your belt line.

The holster has three holes on each side, but the belt clip will attach using any two of these holes. 

This allows you to select not only from Left Hand or Right Hand, but also to select your optimal ride height. 

In addition, the belt clip adjusts so you can angle the holster just how you like it. 

The retention is also adjustable by tightening or loosening the screw next to the trigger guard.

1. To adjust your Holster, you will need a small Philips-head screwdriver.
2. First select which two holes you will use.
3. Next insert two mounting posts in the holes from the inside of the holster.
4. While holding the posts in place slip the two rubber spacers over the stem of the posts that are protruding through the holster. This will help hold the hardware in place for the next step.
5. Position the belt clip over the rubber spacers & posts, then insert the two screws and SLOWLY begin tightening the screws.
6. Be sure to hold the posts in place on the inside of the holster while you tighten.
7. Be careful to not cross-thread the screws!
8. Before you finish tightening the screws, adjust the belt clip angle to your liking.
9. Finally, finish tightening the screws. Your holster is now ready for action!

If you have specific needs then you may not be able to find an off the shelf holster that meets your requirements. 

For example, you may need a custom holster so that you can run a weapon mounted light or other accessories such as a Red Dot Optic or Compensator on your gun.

You may want to get a bit creative and add some flair to your holster, maybe by choosing a cool color or pattern and building a Holster unique to you - if so then custom is the way to go!

KYDEX™Holsters actually wear on a firearm less than leather ones, which tend to collect gun-scratching dust and dirt. This is because KYDEX™ Holsters are smooth inside and easy to clean since they are totally waterproof. Just don’t put them in the dishwasher or washing machine – the high heat will ruin them!!
