Holster Central Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and hope that you will never need to return anything! However we do appreciate that sometimes you may change your mind after ordering, and that on rare occasions something may go wrong, and you may need to return something for repair or replacement.
Just follow the easy steps below:

Email support@holstercentral.com within 14 days of receipt to let us know why you want to return your order and make sure you include your order number (which you will find on your receipt) then we are able to send you the RMA form to include in the package so we know the holster we receive is yours.

If the item is defective and covered under the Lifetime Warranty please email photographs of the problem and we will repair or replace free of charge.
- Package your item securely in the original packaging.
- We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to affix over the original address and you drop it at your local USPS within 7 days..
- Depending on the type of order we will issue a refund to you as follows:

Quick Ship Orders: We will refund you the cost of the holster (minus a $5 restocking fee and the cost of the return shipping label). You must advise us within 14 days and return the holster in the original packaging in new condition. Please don’t make any alterations to the Holster. If it is not in new condition we won’t be able to refund you. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to process and reconcile on your credit, debit or Paypal account after we have refunded you.
- Contact support@holstercentral.com to initiate the return process and we will send you a return shipping label and RMA form, once we receive the holster with the RMA form we will refund you the holster minus the cost of the return shipping label. This is only for quick ship holsters, not custom-designed holsters.
- If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes after placing your order, you will have to wait for the holster to arrive to initiate the return process as we cannot stop the order once it has been placed once we receive it you will get a refund minus a $5.00 restocking fee.

Quick Ship Order Exchanges - Contact Support@holstercentral.com to start the exchange process. If you return the item to us, we can swap out your item for another but you will be responsible for shipping costs to send it back and must include the holster in the original packaging and include the RMA form we supply you in the box so we know the holster is yours when we receive it then we are able to process the exchange and send the new one out as soon as we receive the holster.

Custom Orders - If your item is defective we will repair or replace free of charge. You will need to send us a photo of the holster so we assess what the problem is.
- For all other returns or order cancellations, you will receive need to send the holster back to us for a refund. Once the holster is received we can refund you minus a re-stocking fee of 40% as long as the item is returned in new condition in the original packaging.

Cancellations/order modifications - We are not able to make any changes to the order once the order has been placed. There is a very small chance we can try if you email us immediately (within 2 hours) after placing the order but that is not a guarantee. Once the order is in production you will have to wait to receive the holster before to then send it back to us.

Custom Order Exchanges - We cannot offer Exchanges on custom orders due to the item being fully custom. You would need to order another holster and pay the re-stocking fee of 40% for the original holster ordered.

Please note - Custom holsters made by Kobra Kydex are fully custom products. If you need your holster quickly. DO NOT order a custom holster, order one of our Quick Ship Holsters, that’s what they’re for!

Canceling a custom holster during production will incur a cancellation fee of 40% for labor and materials.

You acknowledge and understand there is a 20-25 business day lead time on these items.

We try to beat our lead times but lead times are an ESTIMATE depending on current order volume, NOT a guarantee.
- Refunds may take 2-3 business days to process and reconcile to your payment provider or Paypal account after we have refunded you.
- Please note that we need to have received the item back before we process the refund.
- If you want to cancel your order after placing it and we have already shipped it you will need to wait till it reaches you and request a refund.
- Any items returned that are not in new, re-sellable condition will not be refunded.
- Like new condition is defined as the same condition the product arrived to you when you removed it from the original packaging.
- Scratches, gouges, removed hardware, etc, will render the returned product not re-sellable. In these cases we will, at our discretion, decide on either a partial refund or store credit.
- Once your Return is received and we verify that the item is in New/Re-sellable condition your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (Refunds may take up to 7 days or more to appear on your statement).
